Order Processing All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We take extra care in quality-checking every item to ensure you receive only the best.

Shipping Estimates Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please note: These are estimated delivery times. While we strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible, external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays.

Tracking Information You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

Cancellation & Return Policy During Transit To ensure the fastest delivery, our logistics team begins the shipping process immediately after an order is placed.

  • Returns or cancellations cannot be initiated while the order is in transit.

  • If you wish to return your item, the process can only begin after the package has been delivered to you. Once you receive the product, you may contact us to start a return according to our Refund Policy. Requests for cancellations while the product is being shipped will not be accepted.
